What is 3 Day Cleanse?
I like to call it a “Performance cleanse’.

- Green or white tea bags. Or if you like to brew your own tea, you can get it in leaves.
- Fruits and berries. You can get any fruits and berries you love: apples, grapes, oranges, melons, pineapples, etc. You can eat 1-2 pieces of cups of fruit a day.
